Question 450 Watts potential

What's the furthest you can push a 450 PSU without any problems? Any solid builds for that? If so can I see a good one, not sure on whether to get a better PSU despite buying a 450 watt PSU a week ago... would love a good suggestion.

None are rated to go over their maximum for more than a few minutes at best, but you can push a very high quality one 20% above it's max load, but you can also push a cheap one 20% under its max load before it blows up and ruins your computer
