So I want to build a pc with a AIO liquid cooler I am thinking of getting a 140mm corsair h90 but I don't know where and how to mount the radiator and if the case ( corsair 450D) supports this radiator and if it does can you tell me where and how should I mount it

If u need to know the specs ask me for them

Solution
The top panel supports 2x 140mm side by side. If you mount your 140mm radiator first (on the panel itself) and mount the 140mm fan on the radiator (pushing air into the radiator and out of the case), you *might not* be able to fit another 140mm fan beside the radiator (on the top panel) due to the size of the radiator protruding the screw holes for that remaining fan mount location.

On the other hand, if you mount your 140mm fan first (on the panel itself) and mount the radiator beneath the fan (like what is shown in the photo I linked in my previous post), then you *might* be able to fit another 140mm fan (on the top panel itself) beside that 140mm radiator fan.
Yes the 450D supports the H90, see here: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/obsidian-series-450d-mid-tower-pc-case

Although the H90, being a 140mm radiator, you are limited in mounting this size in the 450D either at the front or at the top (which both supports 2x 140mm-sized fans). However, there *might* be space clearance issue if you wish to add another fan beside it.

Here is an example of the H90 installed at one of the top fan slots of the 450D (the other top was left open): http://pcpartpicker.com/b/CWZ8TW

You cannot install the H90 at the rear exhaust of the 450D as it only supports 120mm-sized fan/radiator.

Hope these info helps.

What do you mean by that there might be clearance issues if I want to install another fan because I am thinking of mounting 1 140mm on the top and 2 120 mm in the bottom is it possible for me to do that or I wouldn't be able to put a 140mm fan in the top?
And a quick question do I need to mount a fan on the radiator if so does the radiator come with one and do I need to add a coolant to it or is it shipped ready and I just install it ? And do I need to apply thermal paste?

Sorry for all the questions I'm new to liquid cooling

No need. AIO (all-in-one) liquid coolers are closed-loop coolers where the coolant is already pre-installed. Thermal paste is also pre-applied on the pump/cpu block.
