450PSU for R9 270X

Hi I would like to know if having a 450V supply can handle the R9 270X card.

You mean 450W (Watt).

The general rule of thumb is if it has enough 6-pin/8-pin connectors. All power supplies are different, as are your other specs like CPU and if you overclock the CPU so your question can't be easily answered.

IF you have the proper PCIe 6/8-pin connectors AND you don't overclock your CPU it will probably work.
