I have a good PSU, corsair vx450w, and I was about to buy a Xeon X5492, but i saw that it has 150W TDP, and i did a quick "Total system power consumption calculator" thingy, and it measured that my total system power would be:

Load Wattage: 349 W
Recommended UPS rating: 700 VA
Recommended PSU Wattage: 399 W

Amperage (combined)
+3.3V +5V +12V
8.9 A 11.2 A 26.2 A
86 W 314 W

Ive heard that its best for PSU's to run at around 50% of their total wattage, and mine is already running at 300W as it is already, is this too much, or should i get a better PSU if i get a get the Xeon ( i might not be able to afford it more than likely), or is it fine if its "under 80%"?
(my system is modded to support 771 xeons, and im running one currently, so no worries there)

i got a 7850 2gig, 2x2gb ddr2 memory, 2 hdd's, and ssd, and a custom, not too big cpu cooler, i dont know if that matters too, and my current cpu is the xeon e5430
