450W PSU enough for I5 8400 and GTX 1060?

I am upgrading my CPU and GPU to I5 8400 and GTX 1060 3gb and I presently have a Corsair 450W PSU. Should I use it or buy a new 500 or 550W PSU?

Depends on which exactly Corsair model it is, as there are both good and bad Corsair PSU. But overall 450 W is enough for such system, it's just the matter of quality.
