460w PSU with a GTX 760 that requires 500w

So as you can see, I have a 460w PSU and I wanted to replace my GTX 660 1.5GB to the GTX 760 2GB but the problem is that it requires a minimum of a 500w PSU, so my question is can I run this card with my actual PSU or do I really need to replace it to a 650w or a 700w PSU? And also what would happen if I don't changed it? My PC crashes, it explodes, it burns or what?

It all depends on the make/model of the PSU. The GTX 760 is a 170W card maxed out. That will draw ~14 amps on the +12V rail. Depending on the CPU and other +12V devices you have, it may be fine. Check your PSU's +12V specs.

It's an OEM PSU and It has a maximum combined +12V current rating of 32 Amps, is it good or do I really need to replace it? (Sorry is that I'm a noob to this kind of stuff) And also will this PSU work with that card?

The gfx card and CPU use the most power from the PSU. If you have a low wattage CPU. say 95W or less, you can probably get by fine. Those ratings put out by the card manufacturers are for worse case scenarios because they don't know what all the user will have running on their system besides the card. If you notice unexpected shutdowns or re-boots during graphically intense gaming, that would be a sign that the PSU can't keep up. But the difference between your GTX 660 and the GTX 760 is only about 2.5 amps at +12V.
Ideally, you would be better to upgrade to a bigger PSU, but for some folks that is a chore they don't want to tackle or can't afford.

Yeah I don't want to have any kind of problems while gaming so I'm going to change my PSU, and thanks for all the answers this really helped me out!
