Which setup will give the best performance for editing and converting videos when I Overclock them? I know Haswell has 10% improvement than ivy but can the antec kuhler 620 keep the 4670k cool enough to Overclock to at least 4.2 ghz and still be better than the Oc'ed ivy which is on higher clocks?

Yes I can the h80i with the 4670k but then i'll have to cut down costs on the mobo side which means I'll have to go for the msi z87 g43 mobo instead of the asus z87 gryphon, do you think that will effect the longevity of my build as the gryphon is a much better board than the msi one or do you recommend going for the msi one for better getting a better cooler?

I would get the Asus board with the 4670 CPU but skip the water cooling. For 4.2 GHz an air cooler will suffice. The most popular reccommendation is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, but the "best" cooler is the Noctura NH D14.

Here is a current review of air coolers for Haswell: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-heat-sink-haswell,3554.html

And here is another review which was done with a socket LGA 2011 CPU but most of these coolers will also fit LGA 1150: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/LGA-2011-i7-3960X-Air-Overclocking,3130.html
