4670k overclocking to 4.3

will the Scythe Grand Kama Cross Rev.B get a 4670k to 4.2 or 4.3 with no problem? or will i need a stronger cooler like Noctua NH-D14?

Haswell chips don't overclock as well as Ivy Bridge and it's pot luck on whether you get one that will go to 4.6 (reported top end 1 in a thousand chance) or one that will only go to 4.1. Get the best cooler you can and cross your fingers.

You should be able to reah 4.3Ghz with a moderately good cooler. The best only drop the temps a few more degrees.

Prepare to see spikes as high as 80-85C, but average temps in the mid 60s while gaming.

Grand Kama Cross Rev.B is a good overclocking cooler?

Well it has a decent number of heat pipes and two fairly large fin stacks. As long as that fan is pushing sufficient air and the case has good ventilation it should be fine.

1.2-1.25 volts to reach 4.3Ghz isn't that high. When you start going above that the temperatures go up drastically. I've had mine stable at 4.5Ghz @ 1.35v, but it hits 100C with a Corsair h80i and a Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme.

can i use auto overclock with a good program or from the bios?
or should i overclock manually?

Overclock manually. The auto settings usually use too high of a voltage.
