Just finished tweaking my OC on my 4670k with an Evo 212 cooler. System's running stable at 4.5 Ghz with peaking temp about 75-80 C on Aida64 stress test. I had to push the Vcore to 1.31V and the Cache to 1.25V. The cache is set to 3.9Ghz to stabilize the OC. CPU Vrm is running at 1.81V. Is this dangerous for the Haswell system? I'm getting very good Geekbench results, 4050 single core and 13530 muti core on 4.5 Ghz.

Also, how do I adjust the Voltage to where it only overvolts the CPU when the task demands it? I tried dynamic voltage, but that just overvolts the hell of the CPU during stress tests and it doesn't lower the voltage when in normal desktop use. I use a Z87 Asrock Extreme 3 as my MOBO.
