4690K and Cryorig H7 Cooler Idle High Temps?

I just wanted to make sure that my idle temps aren't too high. If you could give me some feedback that would be great. The idle CPU temps stay at around 38 - 40 degrees Celsius. I'm wondering if this is dangerous or the top high. Thanks

Do you realize that your CPU idles at a temperature that's very close to your own body? In addition, it isn't idle while in the BIOS; it will be cooler once Windows is loaded.
