4690k + asrock z97m pro 4 stabilty

my spec :
cpu : i5 4690k
Water cooling COOLERMASTER Seidon 120V Ver.2,
MBO: ASRock Z97M Pro4
RAM: Kingston DDR3 HyperX Fury,1866MHz,16GB(2x8GB)
OCZ 600 w

I can not achieve stable 4.4 GHz, put all 44 cores, the CPU 35 cash ratio, everything else on the auto, vcore adaptive mode, put on vcore 1.200 v ,vcore offset on auto and adaptive mod , I think it is ok
passes intel burn test , but in prime 95 fall ,blue screen

please sam advice or settings , I guess I did not get good quality cpu for OC

That may not be enough Vcore. I got my i5 4690K to 4.8Ghz at 1.373V, now 1.378V. Even 4.4Ghz required near 1.25V.

Keep the cache ratio to auto 44 too, and use Override to start with, you can tune it to Adaptive or Offset later. I use an ASRock board for overclocking, so I'm familiar with the BIOS.
