4770k overclocking cpu level up

Hello,

I'm pretty noob at oc:ing, and i tried a 4-way optimization on Asus ai suite3. There is a option at cpu level "4200,4400,4600" After everything i tried it wasnt stable at prime95.

Now when i tried cpu level up in bios and set it to 4400, all fine in aida64 test while typing this thread. Ai suite3 and cpuz says that cpu is running at 4400mhz in 1.264V running at 62C

Is it safe to run this way or should i check for something in bios?

My setup is this:
4770K (Cooling is noctua NH-U14S)
Asus Formula VI
Corsair DDR3 dominator platinum 2133MHZ

I have always found it to be best to do all of your OC settings directly in the BIOS/UEFI. in my opinion OCing in the best way to do it. When you say CPU level up in the BIOS are meaning that you changed the multiplier?
