4790k & 970/390 or 6700k & 960/380

Hello,
I'm working on building a new computer in a budget of 1.3k for gaming, video editing, and graphic design. But I'm not sure if I should get a 4790k and a 970/390 or 6700k and a 960/380.

I second this, GPU>CPU for gaming...and Skylake + DDR4 doesn't really offer any real tangible benefits at least as far as gaming is concerned.
