4790k and GTX 970 with 430W PSU?

My system has a a10 7850k with a GTX 970 SSC. Im planning to upgrade to a 4790k and was wondering if my 430w psu would be enough to run it.

If its a quality unit, should be fine. I'm running my HTPC with an OC'd 7600k, GTX 970, 16GB RAM, 2 SSDs, HDD, optical drive all with a Corsair SF450 PSU. Been running fine.
