The fans that came with my h100i have bad bearings and make a lot of noise. I want to replace the fans, what options are out there for something that is reasonably quiet and good in a high pressure/turbulent area to be used as a pusher fan.

Or would it be more effective to run fans as pullers on the h100i radiator.

note: I'm not doing a push/pull set up.

push or pull depends on your setup and where the radiator is located as well as how you have your airflow set up in your case and whether or not you are going for positive or negative pressure. as for good fans you can go with cooler master fans for great performance and decently low noise levels or be quiet fans for less noise and comparable performance to other fans.
here is an article about fans for radiators by EKWB, it'll teach you the basics about what you need to be looking for in a fan and then you can use that knowledge to help yourself to find what you are looking for. those two brands I mentioned are just my basic recommendations but you can find more out there by knowing what you are looking for and then just doing a little digging around and looking up some reviews.

My set ups pretty simple, just the stock fans that came with the case. 1 intake and 1 smaller exhaust plus the two h100 fans pushing out through the radiator. I have the NZXT Phantom 410 case and put the radiator in the top cowl outside the metal frame because the stiff new hoses didn't want to bend easily to put it inside the frame. The two fans are inside the metal case pushing into the radiator and venting out the top cowl. I want to get some dust shields and replace the fans and add one more intake fan to the floor mount on the case. Ideally I would want a slightly positive air pressure but honestly this isn't some top dollar build so i'm probably not going to go that crazy with it.

I was looking at Be Quiet before i'll grab a stack of fans when I get a chance and see what I can rig up and see what happens.
