4790k Mini Mobo + Cooler

Hey guys. I'm trying to pick the parts out for my mini pc. I'm going to use a Cooler Master 130 Elite Case with a 4790k.

My question is, which motherbaord should I get? I've been on the AMD side for a very long time so this is fairly new to me. Also, I will need a cooler for the CPU and due to the small form factor of the Cooler Master Elite 130 what cooler should I get. I prefer water cooling but i'm open to really anything. Thanks!
