4790k need liquid cooling?

I read that the 4790k runs at a much lower temperature than the 4770k...

I want to know if I should spend the extra money on the liquid cooler, or does the 4790k already run at a lower enough temp to just need a normal fan? Thanks!

all it NEEDS is the stock cooler

anything else is optional and a matter of your budget and the results you require ie noise vs cooling
