4790k OC Manual voltages On ASUS Z97

Well i am new to OC and this is my first attempt and would like a small bit of Knowledge from the experts, Let get my gear out of the way ASUS z97-A updated bios . I7 4790K 16 GB ram 2133 Low latency.
My first question is Vcore voltage I am getting a reading of 1.88 Vcore in HW monitor Under the voltages Tab Is this Correct or is it high ?? if its high how to i lower it in the bios which one of the settings below do i use. i have read and read a lot, but cant seem to find the correct value for this item.
