4790K Overclocked Temperature?

I overclocked my 4790k to 4.4Ghz. I ran prime 95 and my MAX temp was 64 degrees. I using the Exllusion 240 watercooler. Was just curious is this is a good temp? Thank you in advanced

Then the temperature is outstanding; you also proved that Prime95 28.5 or newer isn't an issue with a properly cooled Intel CPU.
