First time I've installed the Prime95, in first 5 minutes, maximum temps was 74 C, after that it reaches 98 C and 193 watts!

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97N-WIFI
Ram: 2x8GB Kingston HyperX Beast 1600Mhz CL9
CPU: 4790K

No overclock, auto voltage, XMP Profile1 1600Mhz

Cooler Master Seidon 120V Plus. When I testing in Aida64, it reaches maximum 66 C in only CPU test and radiator fan is still 1600rpm, maximum 84 C in CPU and everything test. First 5-10 minutes of the Prime95, it was maximum 74 C and radiator fan was at 1600rpm, I was doing other things on PC and I heard the fan at full rpm, it reached this. It has no overclock but it also shows 132 watts in Intell XTU test. And when CPU using is %0-%1, it shows 12 watts. The reviews I've readed says it's must be 2 watts for the 4790K.

Dont use Prime95 for stress testing Haswell CPUs.
OCCT, Aida64 and Intel burn test works just fine.
Also you can dail in the voltages in the bios yourself in case it is overvolting it for some reason.

I've contacted with Intel, they said install the Intel Diagnostic Tool and I've installed. It said max. temp reached is 64 C but nothing said about TDP watts. Intel worker said showing 193 watts is not normal, you must try with another motherboard. I have no other motherboard. In CPUID HWMonitor, the -12 volt shows -7 volt. Is it normal?

Here is the test results of Gigabyte Z97 motherboard and other Z97 motherboards: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/enthusiast-z97-motherboard-overclock,3893-25.html

In the test they says Gigabyte Z97 motherboard has %50 more power consumption compared to other motherboards. Because it has no stock settings in default settings. %50 more watts and %50 more temps for the %10 performance increase. I hope there will be real stock settings in new BIOS update. I don't want this performance increase.
