I don't know what went wrong. I got a BSOD saying that my PC ran into some problems.
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (cpuz138:x64.sys)
My PC would freeze when I opened up Speccy sometimes. And an hour ago it started spinning the fans really hard after I did a mild overclock, like on of those UEFI preset overclocks. After googling and seeing this was a Speccy issues I uninstalled it, but the fans kept spinning harder and harder.
I open up MSI afterburner and see that my CPU and GPU temps are normal.
CPU usage low BUT in Asus Fan Xpert I saw that my CPU frequency was over 4 ghz.
Tried setting it to balanced and power saving mode to no avail. Need help asap.
