4790k Temps in SFF case

I recently purchased a used cyberpowerpc zues mini that is in the azza z mitx case. The 4790k has the stock Intel cooler on it. Temps at idle are 42C, after 10 minutes of Aida64 91C, and after 30 minutes of CS GO it was 80C.

Are these Temps acceptable? If not what would be the best and cheapest option to lower the temps?

Those are within limits. The cpu will throttle if it gets too hot. I am not sure what coolers fit in that case, but I recommend replacing the stock one. Check Azza's website for your case's internal cooler dimensions.
