480 rad vs 2 x 240

Would 2 x 240 rads cool the same as a 480 rad ?

Also, can i run 2 rads in the same loop (assuming so) and would i set them up back to back in the loop order ?

Yep, pretty close to exactly the same. You lose a bit of flow rate due to the added hose.

Really don't matter where in the loop. Nice to have one before the cpu and after the GPU. The diff in water temps in any well designed loop is maybe on the high end 2C.

Look here on the thermal testing of some rads, the water in/out differences.
