4850 cooler

Hey do you know of Club 3D's HD 4850 512 MB stock cooler?

Do you think it needs upgrading? The card runs UT3 for an hour @ max settings on a 22'' and HWmonitor called max that i saw 59°C.
So what do you think?

Have you tried CPU-Z instead of max? Lots of people here swear by it. If you can, post was CPU-Z lists please

Catalist Control Center shows the same temperature.

Also,i think that editing the profile .xml file to increase the fan speed doesn't work.I found it at 0% by default and changed it to 80% and i can't hear the difference nor can i see the temperature decreasing.

Id say thats quite normal temp for that gpu, my sapphire 4850 runs at similar temps with fan on auto.
