4850 overclocked

ok i got a xfx 4850 1 gb card and i ran auto tune and this is what i got

gpu clock - 690
memory clock- 1188

now i used that ati catalyst overdrive and are those good overclocks? i think normal gpu is 625 and memory is 993 and now once i run the overdrive it finished, does this mean its overclocked once i pressed ok or is there something else i have to do ?

oh and my max temp was 69c for graphic card wen i ran furmark, thats fine right cuz they can get pretty hot.
