4870+4850 CF ram size question

Ok pretty straight forward question I have:

I have a 4870 512mb, and i want to get a 4850 and crossfire them, but should I get the 1gb or a 512mb version of the 4850 ($15 difference)? I know its probably not worth asking since there wont be much real life difference but I was still wondering what yall think. Thanks!!
