4890 connectons

Do you mean "there are 2 - 6 pin connectors on my video card" Do I have to plug into both of them..... Yes, you do.

One the card inside the case? Are the both 6 or 8 pin for power?

Yes, plug in the power to both.

If you're talking about on the outside of the case, then only if you want to connect 2 monitors.
