Question 48gb @3200mhz vs 32gb @3600mhz

I have 2x8gb 3200mhz sticks now, I'm trying to decide between buying a 2x16g 3200mhz or 2x16gb 3600mhz. I know that the 3200mhz would work with my current ram for 48gb @ 3200. I primarily game, playing Star Citizen, Battlefield 2042, Battlefront 2, MSFS. What would be better?
CPU: R5 5600
MB: x570
GPU: 5600xt

There's no guarantee it will work at all with 4 sticks. Best is to get a 2x16GB kit and remove the current 2x8GB. Or get 2x32GB if you want more than 32GB. Don't use more than 2 sticks if you want a stable system with as high as possible RAM speed.
