4930 fan and heatsink for ryzen 5?

im assuming the current fan and heatsink wont do for my ryzen 5 from my 4930?

Most of the Ryzen CPUs come with a factory heatsink/fan. Which model Ryzen?

Correct that one does not come with a fan, however the mounting and mounting holes for the 4930 fan are completely different.

You need to buy a new cooler.

The 1600X doesn't include a factory cooler. You will have to purchase an AM4 compatible cooler. There are people selling box Ryzen coolers on E-Bay. You could get a 1600 or 1700 cooler from E-Bay if you can't get an aftermarket.
