4930k Cooler no OC

I just picked up a intel 4930k and asus x79 deluxe board, EVGA gtx770 4gb going in NZXT phantom 820. I was looking at the cool master 212 evo as a cooling option. Would this do the trick? I do not OC but then again I don't wanna burn anything out... Any feedback be appreciated
