Hi All


My system crashes each time I open. It asks me to then open in Safe mode.

The error message 4e83e948
What causes this irritating problem and how can I cure it?

Could you provide a little more info? What OS are you running? When does the message appear and what else does it say? I'm not clear if that message is coming from your OS or your BIOS, but I'm willing you bet it's just the memory address for something.

Click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program and When scanning is done, go to Edit > Select All.

Then go to File > Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Thank you for your kind response.
I'm running Windows 7.
The screen is full of data and says it is backing up data. At the end of the screen dump I select Safe mode which remains stable.
The error code above is the last line at end of dump
