Question 4G Decoding in BIOS ?

My computer got an error "BLInitializeLibrary failed", and I want to use 4G Decoding feature but I can't find it in the BIOS settings.

My motherboard is Asus A68HM-K and the BIOS version is 2.16.1240

Any response will be much appreciated.

I don't think your motherboard would have 4G decoding for a platform of that age/era.
