[SOLVED] 4G Download far lower than Upload

Hi
I currently have Vodafone unlimited data and download unrestricted.
I have Tenda N300 4G LTE router and currently getting 2 to 5 Mbps download and 52 Mbps upload. Vodafone have reset the service and got 15 Mbps for about an hour but now back to poor service

The router has full 4g service

Mobile broadband is even hard to troubleshoot that wifi. It is almost completely locked down and there is not really anything you can change or set.

On a nice day try to put the router outside and see if it works better. Generally your symptoms mean that the tower can hear your router better than the you can hear the tower. Many forms of LTE work on different radio frequiences for send and receive. Still you can do nothing about that it is all related to how the cell company licensed the radio frequencies.

There are few other options, if you could test in another location it would show if the unit is defective.
