Hi - I have a Huawei B525 4G router - I would like to add it to my home lan thats connected to internet to boost overall network speed (my max speed is 50Mb/s due to distance from exchange). I have searched everywhere but have not been able to find a suitable / comprehensive enough answer.
a) Is this possible?
b) does bridge mode on the 4G router let me do this?
c) if I set bridge mode on the 4G router - do I disable its wifi and connect via an ethernet to my lan?
I know how to set bridge mode on router but then not clear what to do next.

Thanks a lot.

best ask your provider about that.

but usually that's not possible since you'd need something to bond the two signals and get the disbenefit of latency.

it's probably easier connecting some devices to your 4G router and other devices to your default network.

bridge mode usually only means you can assign your WAN IP to a device directly instead of your router. so I don't think that's really helping you.
