4gb 760 sli vs 980 4gb

I currently have 2x 4gb 760 in my machine and have the money. Would it be worth it to go to a single 980 4gb card? Would I see much of a difference to make it worth it? Thanks.

What resolution are you playing your games at?

Normally a single card is always better because it will produce less heat and electricity, plus there won't be any latency problems.

You should be asking yourself ( Before you upgrade ANYTHING ) "Is my computer doing what I want it to do while meeting my expectations?" If that is a yes, no I don't think you should upgrade. If it's a no, then obviously your going to want to upgrade. Like Mckay asked, what res. are you playing at? Anything over 2gb is useless unless your going multi-monitor and/or over 1080p.

I do run dual monitor and usually play at 1920x1080

I've heard they're coming out with a gtx 980 8gb card this month? Does anyone know if thats true?
