[SOLVED] 4gb DDR2 RAM stick.

Hello,
I have an AMD Athlon (tm) 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.21 GHz with 1GB RAM (Kingston KVR667D2N5/1G). There are two RAM slots on the motherboard. I want to put 4GB RAM in each so that I get 8 GB RAM in total. Any RAM that you can recommend? I heard that not all 4GB RAM sticks are usable with every computer.

You will have a difficult time finding such ram as you need 4gb ddr2 modules, which are rare and expensive if you even find them. For the price of the ram, you can upgrade to a used but newer platform with 8gb already installed.
