My ram is showing 400 mhz both on cpuz and bios, if its ddr(double the speed) i think im only getting 800 mhz? Shouldnt I get 667(ddr)/1333 mhz instead of 400(ddr)/800 mhz on tests?

Im running it on asrock g41m-s3 mobo with 800fsb cpu.

Specs:
- Asrock G41M-S3
- Intel Pentium D 945
- Samsung 4GB DDR3 1333(OC)MHz
- Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2GB DDR3
- 500GB HDD WD GREEN
- 500W PSU

RAM has various sets of speed / timings that have been tested and are "selectable". The reason it says (OC) is usually that that particular setting is not compliant with JEDEC standards and is therefore Overclocked" or what Intel calls the XMP profile / AMD (IIRC) calls AMP profile . You can check what settings are available for that particular set if RAM by installing CUz and reading the SPD tab after opening.

To change, follow the instructions in your MoBo manual with regard to BIOS editing.

But it's a 775, and his CPU has 800MHz FSB, if FSB-DRAM are synced then he won't be able to use the 1333 sticks at its stock speed, only @800. (The board supports 1333 sticks but only with 1333 CPUs?)

Not at all my CPU supports 1600 and I'm running 2133.
Memory Types DDR3-1333/1600, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.5V

Too many years using AMD, don't kill me  using Intel now, first one in, well, more than a decade

Im not a genius about this kind of stuffs, can someone explain what will I need to do?
Does having a 800mhz fsb cpu affects my ram's speed?
In the manual, I saw this;

"Please check the table below for the CPU FSB frequency and its
corresponding memory support frequency:
CPU. - Memory
1333 - DDR3 800, DDR3 1066, DDR3 1333
1066 - DDR3 800, DDR3 1066
800. - DDR3 800
533. - DDR3 800
* DDR3 1333 memory modules will operate in overclocking mode.
* When you use a FSB533-CPU on this motherboard, it will run at
DDR3 533 if you adopt a DDR3 800 memory module.
* If you adopt a DDR3 1333 memory module on this motherboard, you
need to adjust the jumpers. Please refer to page 19 for proper jumper
settings."

Yeah but the manual says if only you have 1333fsb cpu, btw already tried that, then my pc didnt start, no beep
