4GB Enough for gaming?

Hello guys,today I'd like to ask if is it still futureproof to use 4gb of ram in gaming to atleast 2015 while still able to have decent framerate,now to go for the rig:

4gb of 1333mhz transcend ram
A VTX HD RADEON 6870 1gb
Intel i5 quad 2400 3.1GHZ

and basically I can play crysis 3,battlefield 4,Batman arkham origins and other ''high-demanding games'' on above 60 fps easily with low-med settings with which I can cope with.However the big question here is how much will my performance actually increase when I add another 4gigs of ram,I'm on a tight budget and I pretty much don't wanna spend any money on the rig as I have already spent alot on the rig (tight budget 😛 ) I pretty much wanna know is it worth adding another 4 gigs. I want to play the upcoming games such as Batman Arkham Knight,Watchdogs etc. should I have a solid gameplay with 4 gigs and how much more solid would it be with 8 gigs?

Also I'd like to know how much does a 1333 ddr3 4gb ram consume watts

Yes, that system will be fine, and capable of playing games to a respectable level now and in 2015.

Your performance increase will be minimal. If you were to spend money you would be better off spending it on a GPU

Your system is good. If your on a tight budget, it's fine.
I usually wouldn't tell people that they'll have performance benefit, however, you got 4GB single stick i believe. Having another stick allows your system to run in dual channel Ram. So... there could be some what more performance benefit than we expect but it's not jaw dropping or anything. I'd say, just wait and install the games, see if you need more Ram... Open up task manager, see if it uses 90% of your current Ram.

adding a second stick of ram will be a very minor at best increase in performance in games... I'd expect it to be 0-3% or so... Your rig is fine if your budget is that tight, don't even worry about it.

Yes I have a single 4gb stick

And yes I completely agree it would be best that if I will upgrade in the near future,it should be the GPU,probably some r9 series would be good
