4GB of DDR2 RAM that will work with my grandmothers MOBO

I need 2 x 2 GB DDR2 RAM that will work with my grandmothers motherboard in CANADIAN currency if possible.

Non-ECC memory only, unbuffered
Four 240-pin DDR2 DIMM sockets
Supports 2GB DDR2 DIMMs
Supported DIMM types:
PC2-5300 (667 MHz)
PC2-6400 (800 MHz)

If 4 x 1GB is cheaper and will work, ill go with that option as well.

Not sure in Canadian $, but you should be able to search for the model number wherever you like to shop in Canada (I'm in NZ, so can't help!)
