4GB of RAM on GTA V?

Hey guys! I'm just wondering,can I play GTA V smoothly and is it worth buying?
My current Specs. are:
CPUentium G4400
RAM:4gb 2133Mhz
GPU:GTX 1050 ti
(No ssd)
Should I buy the game? And can I play it with no issues? Or should I just play the Witcher series? Thanks in advance! And sorry for my bad English.

No. GtaV needs a 4 thread cpu just to run, the higher the clock the better. 8 threads is preferable.
No. 4Gb of ram will barely run Windows10, 8Gb is minimum for gaming, 16Gb preferable.
Yes, the 1050ti is enough, but you'll be regulated to medium or so graphics, any higher and you'll start loosing out on fps.

I'd not spend out on the game, it's demands are higher than that pc can reasonably deliver, you just end up frustrated and disappointed.
