4gb ram 3.68 Usable

When My GFX broke i removed the rams and i placed them again and now when using intel hd graphic 4400 i have 3.68gb/4gb ram I tried everything to make it use 4gb ram but it didnt work even i Tried to mess with boot options and nothing worked only it went to 3.19gb PLEASE HELP ME !!!!

The iGPU has reserved some of that 4GB for itself.
