4gb ram bottleneck or CPU bottleneck?

Hello, i recently bought this computer
AMD athlon x4 860k 3.7ghz
Rx 560 2gb
Hyper x blue fury 4gb 1600mhz
My motherboard has only 2 slots for ram and ive the ram in the second slot. Overwatch is unplayable CPU usage la 100% and CPU has 40-50C while gpu usage drops hard from 100% to 0%. Should i upgrade ti 8gb of RAM? Im really sad... Thanks guys!.

While it is always better to have at least 8GB system memory, Overwatch should play fine with that system as-is.

Before doing any trouble shooting, run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both.
Then run a virus scan and a malware scan. Once you are sure the issue isn't software conflicts, you can look to the hardware. Are you running Win10 64 bit?

First of all thanks for your answer! i've runned ccleaner and it deleted 3gb of caché and i scanned my computer with avg i started overwatch and the problem persists and yes i have 64 bits windows 🙁

Nope, i'm at low 1080p with some high things, should i pay in high??

After weeks i found the solution just got another 4gb ram stick and all the stuttering has gone!
