4gb RAM for Striker Extreme

Hi all,

I'm trying to get 4gb ram for my striker extreme that I'm getting soon. I currently have a P5N32 premium running with 2gb of OCZ special ops urban elite which i like a lot and is good quality.

I'm not sure if I should add another 2 gb of urban elite when i get the striker (4x1gb) or get a new kit of 2x2gb as this is apparently better for overclocking which I plan to do and apparently the striker doesn't like 4gb much anyway, let alone 4x1gb???

I've been trying to find a compatible 2x2gb kit that is striker extreme compatible but I can't find any with out finding problems. Can anyone recommend any?

Or do you think i should stick with the urban elite and just add 2 more gigs?

For what it's worth a friend has 2x2gb Crucial Ballistix in that board and he runs an E6850 @ 3.6 ghz all day every day.

Maybe this will help your decision. Micron D9 chips behind the heat speaders, will run at 1000MHz. Check out the timings. Unreal. $89 for 4GB!
