At that budget only a used GTX 750ti would be the best you can get - which might work for CS:GO and older titles...

Maybe grab another 4gb for 8gb total memory, that would be optimal. I also still have my old i3-550 / gtx450 rig still going strong as my linux workstation - plays the oldies well enough.

For 50 USD you wont succeed. GPU and ram needs to be upgraded as a minimum. Even if buying used parts, I dont think you can keep it below 50 USD to get a minimum of a 750ti GPU or better and 8 GB of ram.
