[SOLVED] 4GB Ram shows only 2GB

Yesterday bought 4GB x 1 Ram when i installed it i checked the BIOS and it shows only 2GB installed any solutions?

CPU : Core 2 Extreme qx6700 2.6ghz
RAM : 2gb ddr2
Motherboard : p5kpl-am epu
OS : win 7 x64bit sp1
GPU : Amd hd6670 1gb gddr5

They said 2x DIMM MAX 4GB, that means each slot only support 2GB with total 4GB for 2 slot RAM installed.
