So I have an old laptop:
Sony VAIO "SVE14122CVB"
Intel® Core™ i3-3110M Processor 2.40 GHz
4GB RAM: 2gb (PC3-12800s) + 2gb(PC3-10600)!
Intel® HD Graphics 4000

So basically it is supposed to be 1600mt/s right? but why one of them is 1333mt/s ? I bought this laptop with these RAMs on it. Would this be a reason to a slightly slower system ?

Ok but main question is if I get a 4GB 12800 and replace with the 2gb 10600 will the system run PROPERLY faster ?? Specially when if I have an "integrated graphics".
And if you think this act, just doesn't worth it because my CPU sucks, let me know!

Pulling the 2gb stick, and putting in a matching 4gb stick, should help, as it will enable proper dual channel. I would look that the numbers, on the 4gb stick and try to get the same exact model, to help avoid any compatibility/stability issues, that can arise, using mix matched ram. After that, maybe swap out the HDD, for a cheap 500gb+ SSD. You will get a far more responsive system, that way. For general web browsing type use, that laptop is ok. Hold onto the HDD, and put it back in, should you get a different laptop, so you can use the SSD in something else.

My wife uses my old i5 2430m equipped Asus for online classes, and general web browsing. It has 8gb ram, and a 500gb 850 Evo, and works fine for those tasks.

My Toshiba C55-A5310 came with a 4GB PC3-1600 1.5 volt module and a 2GB PC3- 10600 1.35 volt ??
Change them to CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10, cloned the hard drive to a A-Data SU630 960GB SSD and now it is a screamer! Keeping the old hard drive for a back-up.
