4GX2 or 8GX2 ？which is better for i3770?

CPU : i7 3770
OS: win 7 64 with vmware guested linux

I want to setup memory disk for accelerating the file I/O speed within win7 64.

Which one set should I select?

G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL (4GX2) 9-9-9-24
G.Skill F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL（8GX2）10-10-10-30

By the way, I am not interested in Overlocking. I like video/Audio editing and software designing.

Wouldn't you be better off with 16gb of ram if your going to be using some of the ram for a ram disk? How much memory will you be using for this ram disk?

RAM for Video Editing isn't very necessary, number of cores is, RAM usage comes in when you have multiple programs running and media streaming to users in a network and running a server for minecraft all at the same time, THAT is where RAM is needed, all those processes are minimal, but they take up a lot of space in the RAM, especially CraftBukkit.
