4k @30 fps vs 1440p @60+fps

I will be purchasing a new rig that includes a 980 ti, an i5 4690k and 8gb of RAM. Which do you believe will be a more enjoyable experience for me? Keep in mind that I will be buying budget monitors on both ends, so no g-sync or curved screens

30 fps is great and all... until you see 60 fps. but I also prefer smooth with lower quality than high quality stutter
