4k build advice

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Q94XBP ......Hello this is my first build and I also added a complete liquid cooling system to this from modmymods. So about 4k later it's all together looks awesome and it's just not tuned up yet. I'm a bid fan of battlefield games and I tried to build a system that will be current for quite some time. Here is what's happening in the game's , both bf4 and bf1 bad case of stuttering when the display is full screen but when it's collapsed it's smooth fluid movement. I would really appreciate some knowledgeable input on what to do going forward.

Make sure you are connected the the display port on the gpu and not the motherboard.
Have you tried a clean install of the Nvidia drivers

While youre gaming, keep an eye on your temps and clock speeds and report back

Yes I am connected from video card to psu and drivers have been updated.
Temps are running around 20 cel.
