4k compatible video card

Hi guys i'm searching for a videocard which support 4k, not for gaming, only to whath videos and normal home pc use. Now i have a Phenom II X6 1055T, Radeon HD 5670 Sapphire 1GB GDDR5, 6GB RAM.

About the budget, low is better, I think 100-120 euro, I'll buy it from Italy.

There`s also this one which is slightly cheaper, but when it comes to GPU`s I`d stick with MSI, being one of the main manufacturers:
